Just had an outdoor tap fitted by Grant & Harry from @bell property developments. York based but happy to travel and seemingly half of Harrogate needed a tap this week! Nice friendly guys, super efficient, great price - I’m left a very happy customer. If I knew it was that straight forward I’d have got one years ago!! They do landscaping /outhouses all sorts.

We have used Grant regularly for minor maintenance jobs in the past. Last year we asked him to carry out a full bathroom refit and lay us a new patio. The before and after photos speak for themselves.
Grant was extremely efficient and tidy when carrying out both works. We were very surprised at the quick turn around time on both jobs.
The bathroom was fully ripped out, he managed to refit a whole new bathroom, separate shower cubicle, bath and a built in washer/dryer unit and still leave us with more space than we started with🤷🏼‍♀️
The patio was completely replaced with more drainage added, which has made a huge difference to our usually flooded garden!
We have booked him in for a few months time to build a summer house at the back of the garden and look forward to seeing the result.

Grant Came out to a faulty boiler today. I had determined the worst with the price of these things. Thankfully after a rapid check over grant went well and above to make sure the job was done to a high level, we will definitely put in a kind word for the lads there!
